Thank you for taking the time to review the Terms of Service at 107Leatherworks.

 

ORDERS

Orders are processed and fulfilled in the numerical order in which they were received. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Current Lead Time: 2-4 Weeks 

 

SHIPPING

107 Leatherworks is NOT responsible for any Damaged, Lost, or Stolen packages. Please double-check Name and Delivery Address before finalizing your order.

For USA Customers: Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are Final. However, if for any reason there is a malfunction or failure with your handmade leather item, please Contact 107LW in order to discuss a possible repair, return, or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Product must be inspected first (in person) by 107LW until any final decision can be made.

Every situation is different, and Customer Satisfaction is the highest priority at 107LW. Please contact 107LW FIRST if you have any questions, issues, or concerns, especially if using PayPal as a payment method.

 

WARRANTY

All 107LW Orders are inspected and are required to pass a detailed quality control procedure before being shipped to any customer. Despite sourcing high quality materials and supplies, we understand there’s a chance for things to break. If at any point there’s an issue with your leather product(s), 107LW will repair or replace any part of your product found to be defective. Please CONTACT us for any questions, concerns, or leather care tips. Customer Satisfaction is our top priority.

Any item(s) approved for return by 107 Leatherwork’s, must be shipped with prepaid return label in order for us to get that item back as soon as possible. If we can’t repair your item(s), we will replace the item(s). Please note: our products are created in small batches. Leather colors, and finishes will change from time to time, as will styles and branding/logos. In the event that 107 Leatherworks can’t repair, or replace your item(s), we will provide a store credit of equal value of the original purchase. 

*Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be VOID immediately if the product is re-sold, gifted, neglected, or traded to another owner. We require a Name and Email address with all repair orders to confirm the Original Purchase. *Limited Lifetime Warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product.

107LW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT OCCURS DUE TO USER NEGLECT OR LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE/CARE. WARRANTY SHALL BE VOID IF LEATHER GOODS ARE EXPOSED TO SHARP/POINTED OBJECTS LIKE CUTTING CARDS, INSTERTS OR ANY INSTRUMENTS/TOOLS WITH A SHARPENED OR POINTED EDGE. ITEMS WITH ANY DAMAGE, MISUSE, OR NEGLECT CAUSED BY CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When placing any Leather Order, Customer understands there might be slight variations in color and finish. No two leather hides are alike, and that’s what makes every handmade order unique and different from the rest. You may find small natural stretch marks, slight scuffs, and range scratches on your leather products. Colors in product photos will always vary slightly than seeing the actual products in person.

BUYER IS AWARE THAT AT THE TIME OF PLACING AN ORDER, THE LEATHER MAY BE OUT OF STOCK FROM EITHER 107LW, OR OUR SUPPLIERS. IF THIS IS THE CASE, BUYER WILL BE NOTIFIED TO SELECT A SIMILAR LEATHER OR STORE CREDIT FOR ANOTHER ITEM.

HEAT AND SWEAT: Sweating while wearing leather goods is a common concern, especially in hot and humid weather. Leather can react to sweat in a few different ways. When exposed to sweat, leather can become discolored, stained, or even damaged over time. Excessive sweat/moisture can also lead to unpleasant odors. The natural oils and salts in sweat can affect the leather's finish and texture, potentially causing it to become stiff or brittle. ITEMS WITH ANY DAMAGE, MISUSE, OR NEGLECT CAUSED BY CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.

Remember to use the right care and precautions to keep your leather goods clean and well protected. By doing so, your leather goods can age beautifully and last a lifetime.

 

BREAK-IN INFORMATION

Some New Leather feels surprisingly rigid and stiff at first, and it can feel odd and strange.  That’s because it needs to break in for a few weeks with daily use.

This leather break-in period is the process of making your leather goods your own. This is where the story begins. Depending on how often you use them, your leather goods might achieve a soft, supple and flexible feel in a month or two. If you don’t carry or use them that often, it may take a bit longer.

No matter what, this Premium Handmade item only look and feel better with time. Your leather goods will age and patina gracefully with use, time and proper care.

 

USER AGREEMENT

By purchasing any 107 Leatherworks product, YOU (Buyer) understand and accept the 107 Leatherworks User Agreement and Terms of Service. YOU (Buyer) also understand your own Local, State, Country, or Province's laws and agrees that you cannot and will not hold 107 Leatherworks liable in absolutely no way, shape, or form for your own actions/activities while carrying or using 107Leatherworks product/s.
